Spring is Coming!
Are your kids ready for outdoor recess again?
Please remember that if the temperature is above 32 degrees and dry, students will be going outside. Also, please make sure when you send your child, they are dressed appropriately (boots, hats, gloves, scarves, coats). Students are expected to go outside; if your child is ill and you do not want them outside consider keeping them home until they are fully recuperated.
It’s that time of year again! Classroom Bees will be happening the week of January 10, 2011 in the 5th and 6th grade spelling classrooms. The Wintersville Building Bee will be held on January 26, 2011 during the regular school day. The Indian Creek District Bee will be on Thursday, February 10, 2011 in the O.W. Buchanan auditorium at 6:30 p.m. The Jefferson County Regional Spelling Bee will be held at Steubenville High School on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. So remember to study spelling and “BUZZ to the TOP!”
