Here at Wintersville Elementary the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) offers an exciting and creative way to be involved with your child’s classroom. Our goals include volunteerism of parents, encouragement of teachers and students, community involvement, and welfare of students and families. The PTO is responsible for the planning and carrying out of multiple classroom parties as well as planning, implementing and promoting fundraisers within the school and community. I would encourage all parents to become members of the PTO as well as attend the monthly meetings.
